Same CSS and HTML on multiple pages
I tried multiple things but nothing is exactly working. And I tried to
connect a css file to multiple html things which did word, but I couldn't
edit what was in the divs, on multiple pages. Does anyone have any idea
how to do this? I tried to look this up but I couldn't work it correctly
for I can code but have no idea what it would take to code this. I have no
clue if it's php or what, I am not asking for code. I am asking how
something like this would perform.
-What kind of languages would this consist of?
-What functions / tags / scripts would this require?
-Would I still connect it to the html?
